Andrew strikes a great balance of committed and flexible to meet a clients needs.

I think my favorite part of working with Andrew was that while he was committed to helping us find the right home, he never felt the need to push us or convince us about a home. As he said, he wanted to house to "sell itself". My wife and I appreciated that, because he became a great resource for  questions and opinions on a particular house, but ultimately always left it up to what we were excited about. He strikes a great balance of committed and flexible to meet a clients needs.
