We really enjoyed working with Matt and his team. They worked so hard at helping us sell our condo. They were very prompt at getting back with us on updated information and when we had questions.

We worked with Andrew Genin, an associate of Matt Winzenried. He was always responsive and ready to answer any questions we had. He made the process very transparent, gave an honest, informed opinion about each property and never pushed us to put an offer unless we were convinced this was the right  house for us. Andrew and his team did a great job following up and helping us with every step of the house buying process. It was a pleasure to work with them.

We had a wonderful experience with John David.  We would recommend him to anyone.  He was very helpful advising us of the offers we put on houses (yes there were multiple) and how to react to offers on the house we sold.  He also did a phenomenal job getting our house listed and sold in short over  after we had an accepted offer on our new home

Brandon was amazing every step of the way. He worked with our schedules to get us into houses for showings quickly and worked with us to get our offers in regardless of time of day.

Matt and his team did a great job of getting our condo sold in Madison. We were a little late to the market and a competing unit went up for sale the same day at an absurdly lower price. So, we didn't get as much interest as anticipated. Still, Matt was able to bring in a steady stream of potential buyers and we sold at our original estimate without having to drop our asking price. We had excellent communication between Matt, his team and myself despite my wife and I living in another state. I'd recommend Matt to anyone in the Madison area.

I think my favorite part of working with Andrew was that while he was committed to helping us find the right home, he never felt the need to push us or convince us about a home. As he said, he wanted to house to "sell itself". My wife and I appreciated that, because he became a great resource for  questions and opinions on a particular house, but ultimately always left it up to what we were excited about. He strikes a great balance of committed and flexible to meet a clients needs.
