A couple of quick reminders and things to know now that we have an accepted offer:

• Buyers will be mailing their earnest money to our offices to be deposited and held by Realty Executives

• Buyers to schedule inspection, inspections typically take 3 hours or so and it is expected that the sellers are not home during the inspection. It's good to have the home tidy but it doesn't need to be spotless

• The bank will send an appraiser over to give their opinion of the value for the bank, this should take about 15 minutes and it's ok to be home during this

• The final walk through typically takes place a day before closing, you should have most of the home packed up and prepared to be completely moved out by our scheduled closing time
