2018 Market Recap of Dane County (Wis.) residential real estate. Values continue to go up along with interest rates...but nothing to be too concerned about there. The low inventory (2.5 months) and high buyer demand should lead to another great year for values. If you are thinking of buying this year, getting a jump on the spring season would be your best bet outside of waiting until things cool off in the fall/winter.
