Nate is process driven - he enjoys meeting new clients, learning about their needs, and working step by step to get to a successful close. He's passionate about helping others - doing whatever it takes to fulfill their goal of owning a home! Combining an analytical mindset with a tireless work ethic from playing college athletics, Nate navigates market trends and strategically develops a personalized plan of action for each client. A simple phone call away, Nate is always there to answer any question, and assure every client is comfortable at each stage of the buying process.
With more than three years in real estate, Nate has experienced a great deal, including first-time home buyers, new construction, and relocation.
• Growing up in Verona allows Nate the privilege of helping many of his friends and colleagues purchase their first homes. Making every buyer — but especially those going through it for the first time — as comfortable as possible is Nate's main priority. He understands buying a home is one of life's biggest decisions, so making that process as stress-free as possible is paramount.
• An owner of a new construction home himself, Nate knows builders on a personal level. He also has understanding of the process, including what questions to ask, when to ask them, and experience on overall recommendations.
• Nate works with clients all over Wisconsin — and the country — who are looking to find a new home in the Madison area. His communication skills, ability to employ virtual meetings and showings, and share his deep knowledge of the area as a forever resident, ensure he can find the best fit for each buyer.
Outside of real estate, Nate loves spending time with his wife Abby, daughter Ellie, son Beckham, and mini goldendoodle Poppy. He stays active playing in various Madison sports leagues and finding a fairway (or two!) when he has the chance!
