Digital Brand Ambassador

Part-time (15-20 hours/week), Flexible work schedule with a hybrid of remote & in-person hours

Matt Winzenried Real Estate Partners in Madison, WI is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Digital Brand Ambassador. This individual will be responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms to foster engagement. Other tasks will include conducting testimonial interviews with clients, monitoring metrics, and assisting in copywriting for various digital media platforms. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and create organic social media content that synergizes with our existing content calendar themes (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) 

• Perform copywriting for social media posts, blogs, emails, and website bios that align with brand strategy and are suitable for a multitude of audiences

• Engage with audience across social platforms by responding to comments, answering messages, and interacting with other brands and accounts

• Assist with the optimization and execution of paid social media marketing campaigns 

• Track social media, email and website performance using multiple analytics tools

• Research methods to further grow and maintain social media presence and overall reach

• Conduct client testimonial campaigns, including setting up and performing interviews as well as constructing blogs

• Collaborate effectively as a team member alongside the Marketing Specialist as well as with the real estate team as a whole

Job Qualifications:

• Educational background in Marketing, Communications, and/or Business

• Strong written, digital, and spoken communication skills

• Ability to adjust writing style to adhere to brand voice, as well as an assortment of platforms, audiences, and strategic goals

• Knowledge of G-suite programs, as well as proficiency in Canva

• Excellent organization and time management skills

• Capability to work individually and within team environments

• Strong attention to detail
